STAPLETON HEIGHTS, Staten Island (WABC) — Two individuals have been killed and three others have been critically injured after a ship overturned within the waters off Staten Island, police say.
It occurred round midday Sunday within the Ambrose Channel.
Rescues have been made by the NYPD Harbor and United States Coast Guard.
It’s unclear what kind of boat overturned.
