MANHATTAN, New York (WABC) — An 18-year-old is underneath arrest for allegedly setting a homeless man’s pants on fireplace on a subway prepare in Midtown.
Investigators say the 56-year-old sufferer was on a northbound 3 prepare when he was approached by the suspect on the thirty fourth Avenue-Penn Station cease simply after 3 a.m. Monday.
