MORRIS COUNTY, New Jersey (WABC) — Emergency repairs are underway on a serious freeway at two areas in Morris County, New Jersey, after the roadway buckled on Tuesday.

Officers say I-287 southbound has lane closures in two areas, one in Riverdale, and one other in Montville, the place the enlargement of bridge joints brought about the concrete roadway to buckle.

The left and middle lanes on I-287 southbound stay closed South of Exit 57 – Skyline Drive in Oakland and South of Exit 52/Rt 23 in Montville. One lane stays open.
