“Simply as a sitting President is totally immune from any prison course of, so too is President Trump as President-elect,” the legal professionals added.
The renewed push to reverse Trump’s responsible verdict comes after Manhattan District Lawyer Alvin Bragg advised Tuesday that the case be frozen till after Trump’s second time period, in 2029.
Bragg refused to comply with Trump’s demand that prosecutors drop the case in gentle of him successful the presidency.
