HELL’S KITCHEN, Manhattan (WABC) — A safety guard at a Duane Reade in Hell’s Kitchen was stabbed a number of instances whereas making an attempt to cease a homeless man from stealing.
It occurred at West 53rd and eighth Avenue simply earlier than 4 p.m. Saturday.
The safety guard was taken to the hospital and is predicted to outlive.
Police arrested the suspected stabber and shoplifting suspect.
Shadeed Walker, 26, is dealing with a number of fees, together with assault and theft.
