High U.S. Commanders See Main Pacific Dangers


CIPHER BRIEF REPORTING — A pair of high U.S. army commanders warned Congress final week of risks of their areas of operations which might consider a possible struggle with China: the catastrophic fallout from a battle over Taiwan; and the danger that the U.S. is falling behind in each army innovation and non-kinetic areas.
