NEW YORK CITY (WABC) — NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch notified uniformed officers they are going to be working 12-hour shifts beginning the week of July 1, citing the “unprecedented calls for” of July occasions, occurring below a “heightened risk surroundings.”
